What procedure follow to make a Return?
1. Go to the order history in your account and select the order for which you want to make the return,or if you do not have an account go to Order Status page and enter request data. You can also send an email to servizio.clienti@augustamilano.it with your request.
2. Select the item you wish to return and proceed
3. Wait for our e-mail, go to merchandise returns in your account, download and print a pdf file with the attached instructions and enter it in the package, verifying the data.
4. Wrap the product to be returned and go to any post office or courier you trust and send your package, ship to:

5. On receipt of your shipment you will be notified via email and after checks on returns will process your refund

Effects of the right of withdrawal
If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal will be respected AUGUSTAMILANO.IT will refund the full price of the purchased products. The refund will be made using the same mode of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. In case of partial withdrawal from orders with multiple products, the amount shipping costs to be reimbursed will be calculated in proportion to the value of the product subject to withdrawal. So, for example, if you have placed an order total of 250,00 Euro, consisting of three products, the first value of 50.00 euros and the other two worth 100.00 euros, and return the item for 50,00 Euro, you will be refunded an amount equal to 20% of shipping costs that you have paid.
For returning the product, you can use at your choice one of the following procedure:
1. return through a carrier of your choice with cost of returning at your charged: in this case, after exercising the right of withdrawal, you must do to return the product, using a vector of your choice and at Your expense, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which you have communicated your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if resend product before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. The direct cost for return shipping of the product are at your charged. The return of the product shall be under your own responsibility.
2. return with the same vector used during the purchase with costs of returning at your charged: in this case, after exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email your willingness to entrust us with the return of product. We will send you an email with an attached PDF document containing a waybill precompiled that you will need to attach to the package to speed up the shipment. Insert the product to be returned in the packaging in which you received it or in another similar size package, along with the returns document that shows the details of the returned goods. Delivery is under our responsibility, but the direct costs for returning the product, equal to those incurred during the purchase are at your charged and are deducted from the amount that we will refund as result of the withdrawal. This mode is available only for Italy.
