After registration, the system sends a welcome email with login information. If you do not receive this email you have probably entered a wrong or inexistent email address during registration (even a single incorrect character affect the validity of the email address). In this case we suggest you to contact our Customer Service by email at servizio.clienti@augustamilano.it or by telephone calling +39 02 87187783 for any necessary corrections. If you have lost or forgotten your login password you just click on the link 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address to get a new password.
To cancel an order simply contact our Customer Service immediately with email to servizio.clienti@augustamilano.it, through contact form or by phone calling +39 02.8718.7783.
No, cash on delivery is only possible up to € 300.00 in cash. The courier is not authorized to collect normal bank checks. This service is available only for Italy.
All credit card transactions comply with the new security standards defined by the international payment card circuits. The transactions will be performed directly on the secure servers of the payment gateways.
